You may have seen them recently in the news. 

They have comforted countless of thousands during the worst natural and man made disasters that have unfortunately been a part of our daily lives for more than a decade. 

They are the Lutheran Church Charities K9 Comfort Dogs. 

On March 9th we will have the opportunity to hear from a former handler of these special pups during an informal conversation sharing just a bit of what it was like to volunteer in this ministry of presence; the challenges, the joys, the team work, the community responses, and the in-between moments that made this ministry a blessing for our presenter during his time of service.
